We hope that you are all keeping well and bearing up under the continued Covid-19 restrictions. We are unable to play rugby as yet. The RFU has put proposals to the HSE and PHE but as yet permission to play any contact versions of our sport have not been forthcoming. Training has been underway for the Seniors for a few weeks now. Training for the Junior age grades starts from 4th September 2020 - more details from Ian Langbridge and the coaches.

The 1st September 2020 saw the start of the new club year and subscriptions are now due. Forms for the 2020-21 season are available on the club’s website. Jayne Pillivant remains the main contact for membership and her contact details are on the forms. When registering a Junior member please also complete the additional information for.

Payment methods are also detailed on the form. If using BAC’s remember to enter a reference in the format Initial+Surname+Sub. If paying by Cheque, please make the Payee ‘Okehampton Rugby Football Club Ltd’in full– the bank will accept nothing less than this.

For those who do not know, the membership details are held on the RFU General Management System (GMS) database which is fully GDPR compliant. Access to the data from the club is limited to club officers who have DBS clearance.

While there will not be any rugby played for the foreseeable future, the club needs its revenue to be able to continue functioning so we do urge everyone to take up the membership.

Parking Permits will be issued on payment of the subscription. Last years Yellow permits will remain valid until 30th September 2020 while the new year’s Maroon passes are valid when issued. The Parking attendants have been made aware of this. Please note that if you display an out of date permit you are liable to receive a Parking Charge which is £60 and in these instances the club cannot accept any liability.
