Welcome to another Entertaining Season of Rugby, here at Okehampton.

A slight delay in proceedings, due to Global Warming, and having the hottest Summer on record.

As I am writing this though, Okehampton weather has returned and is watering our Pitch nicely, which is now looking really good.

Our 1st league Home game is on the 26th September, to recently promoted Wiveliscombe, I hope to see you all there and give them a proper O.R.F.C. Welcome.

But, before that, we have a return of the Borders Cup 12th September being played at the Show Ground. We will see the colts, super twos and the first team, all in action against Launceston RFC

During the break we have been busy with Decorating and Maintenance, so hopefully you will see a brighter, welcoming Club House. Thank you to all involved. The Social side and family atmosphere is just as important as the Rugby and brings us all together.

Pre-Season training has been really good, with Men’s, Women’s and Youth Teams having great numbers, which bodes well for a great Season for all. Our results speak for themselves.

Once again, a big thank you to all our Players, Sponsors and Members, young and old and everyone who helps keep the Maroon and Amber blood flowing. It makes me proud.
