OKEHAMPTON RFC - NOTICE OF AGM

All members are invited to attend, but only fully paid up members are entitled to vote (except those under 18 years of age).

Nominations for Club Officer or Committee posts and Propositions for discussion are required to be sent to the Hon. Secretary in writing not less than 14 clear days before the date of the AGM. Nominations and propositions must be signed by a Proposer and Seconder, and in the case of Nominations it must also be signed by the nominee. Email to davepotter.okerugby@hotmail.co.uk.

There have been vacancies on the General Committee for the past two years. It would be great to see members putting themselves forward to fill these positions for the coming year.

Please do your best to attend this important meeting in the club's life. It is your opportunity to influence the way the club goes forward.
